When using the S-Patch Ex app, the connection may become unstable if the distance between the patch and the phone exceeds a certain distance.
If you see the ‘Reconnect’ button on the screen:
1. Press the ‘Reconnect’ button.
2. If not connected, ensure that the device and phone are close together and check if Bluetooth on the phone and the device’s power are turned on, then try reconnect.
3. If the ECG signal is not visible, try force closing the app, turning off/on Bluetooth, and then checking again.
