1. Check if the battery’s positive (+) is facing upwards when inserted.
2. Replace with a new battery. 

If there are wounds or other issues making it difficult to attach the S-Patch at the recommended location, you can attach it near the recommended area. 

S-Patch uses commercial CR2032 3V lithium coin battery.
Use the provided battery cover opener or coin when opening/closing the battery cover.

1. Open the battery cover (ECG signal designed back cover) by turning it counterclockwise.
2. Remove the existing coin battery and insert a new battery with the positive side looking outward.
3. Close the battery cover and turn it clockwise. 

S-Patch serial number is 6-digit, printed on the back of the device. 

1. Check if the device is powered on.
2. Check if Bluetooth and Location settings on your phone are turned on.


*How to check if S-Patch is powered on
Press the device’s power button once lightly. If you see the blue LED flash, your S-Patch is powered on. 

Check if the S-Patch is attached in the correct direction. The power side of the S-Patch should be positioned upwards.
